At Bosom Friends, we’re more than just a charity. We’re a community built on care, compassion, and understanding. Based in the heart of Lancashire in the small town of Barnoldswick, we’ve dedicated ourselves to supporting people and families affected by cancer for over 20 years. Whether it’s providing practical assistance, or offering emotional support, our mission is, and has always been, to make life’s toughest moments a little bit easier.

A helping hand and a listening ear

We understand that the journey through cancer can be overwhelming, filled with challenges that touch every aspect of life. That’s why we’ve created a supportive network where no one has to face cancer alone. From our monthly coffee mornings to our one-to-one visits and hope fulfilment, every service we provide is thought about with love and care to bring comfort and joy to those who need it most.

We believe in the power of community—of coming together to support one another through life’s most difficult times. We’re proud to be part of the Lancashire and Yorkshire communities, working closely with local volunteers and supporters to make a real difference in the lives of the people around us.
